This small charity is doing amazing work to help those impacted by poverty, crime and conflict in Moldova, Ukraine and Romania. Funded by private donors 100% of donations go directly to those in need.
Includability are a wonderful group of people who are working to set the standard for an inclusive, sustainable and mentally healthy workplace. They have a large range of ambassadors who can be called upon to assist with any area in which your business needs assistance and I am thrilled to be one of them.
A growing group of business leaders are calling on the government to amend Section 172 of the Companies Act. The intention is to ensure businesses are legally responsible for benefiting workers, customers, communities and the environment while delivering profit. This legal change is desperately needed in order to force change with those who have a huge impact but are not willing to move away from practices that cause damage to people and the planet whilst making huge profit for a few.
B Corp Expert became a member of B1G1 in 2024 in order to be part of a global movement that uses business as a force for good. An “impact” in B1G1 means a measurable unit of positive change created in the world. It’s typically broken down into one item (e.g. a tree, a meal or a book) or one day’s of specific support and access to resources provided to uplift lives. For example, when you sign up to our mailer, we give 7 days of access to a fun learning environment.
